Meeting requests

When you submit the meeting form, we receive your entries by email and use them to answer your request and arrange the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them once they are no longer needed for that, unless a contract follows or commercial or tax law requires us to keep them.

Hosting

This site runs on Cloudflare, Inc., which also delivers the form's email to us. Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address to deliver the site and to limit repeated form submissions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the United States are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

The software

This notice covers this site, booking.dampfkiste.com. How the Dampfkiste software processes data for the businesses that use it, including their WhatsApp messages, is described in its own privacy policy at dampfkiste.com/privacy.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
